Recipe: Steak Pie Filling
To continue on the Ramadhaan theme, a tray of steak and potato pies being prepped for the oven. This was a spare lot that I had ready for the unexpected visitors we had over last week š Hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend!
Recipe credit: Unknown Ingredients: 2kg cubed steak Instructions: Cook the above until the steak is soft and tender. If it gets too dry, add a little water and cook further. Switch off and let it cool before using. If you want your steak more moist, once itās done add two tablespoons of chilli sauce, 1 tblsp of mustard sauce and 1 tblsp bbq sauce. |
