Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

 

iloveza.com makes every effort to ensure that you receive the product that you want in the best condition possible.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy and would like to Return or Exchange an item, you may e-mail orders@iloveza.com
Please ensure that you have read the below on our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns

1. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return:

  • your item must be unused
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • it must be in the original packaging


3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (cannot be returned):

  • Perishable goods such as food and beverage items
  • Bonsai trees
  • Orchids
  • Flowers
  • certain health care items
  • jewellery
  • underwear
  • Airtime

4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

6. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to a manufacturer error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 14 working days. 

Late or Missing Refunds

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund reflects in your account.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@iloveza.com.

 Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

eMali or Discount Vouchers / Codes

1. Items purchased with eMali, a discount voucher or discount code will be refunded, returned, or exchanged solely at the discretion of iloveza.com.

2. There will however be no refund on eMali, discount vouchers or discount codes, and only the cash portion, if any will be refunded.

3. An iloveza.com credit voucher or code may be issued as a form of refund.


Exchanges

1. Only items which are defective or damaged from the manufacturer may be exchanged.

2. Items can only be exchanged for the same item purchased.

3. If the item you have purchased is no longer in stock, a credit voucher or code will be issued to use on your next purchase.

4. Email orders@iloveza.com to exchange an item.

Gifts

1. If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit voucher or code for the value of your return.

2. Once the returned item is received by iloveza.com, a gift credit voucher or code will be mailed to you.

3. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

All returned and/ or exchanged items will be shipped via the same channel used to purchase the item.
