Help South African learner, Nasiha Rooknoodeen, raise R50 000 for Islamic Relief's Ramadan Aid Project.

Humanitarian aid organisation, Islamic Relief are still operating in over 30 countries, despite the current pandemic. They are ensuring that those in desperate need are still receiving food, water, and essential supplies. 

A South African learner, Nasiha Rooknoodeen, is assisting the NGO, by crowdfunding for their Ramadan Aid Project. 

"We know that these times are tough on everyone, but ALLAH (SWT) has given us the answer. ALLAH has told us that charity protects us from calamity and sickness. He even tells us that giving charity increases your sustenance! ALLAH is indeed the most generous, Alhamdulillah."

says Nasiha

Nasiha is calling on the public to channel their Zakah, Sadaqah and Lillah this Ramadan to assist with Iftar packs for families in Gaza, Yemen and Syria. 

"From just R850, you can provide one family with an Iftaar pack that will last the entire month of Ramadan."

In addition to the Middle Eastern projects, Islamic Relief have also setup programmes for the South African community.
