Centurion Hotel renamed and launches new fun activities
There is a new energy coming to Centurion, and Legacy Hotels and Resorts are inviting you to join them as they unveil new offerings at the renamed Centurion Hotel. Not only does the hotel sport a new name, but it has a new programme and a host of activities geared to delight and entertain day visitors, overnight guests and after work revellers.

Formerly known as Centurion Lake Hotel, The Centurion Hotel has been a landmark in the leafy Pretoria suburb since 1991, playing host to celebrities, dignitaries, sports heroes, international travellers and the residents of the area. The hotel continues to be a popular destination for those who enjoy good food, and good company, all in a laid-back setting with quality trappings.
“Along with the announcement of our new name, we are thrilled to be able to offer our patrons a wide variety of new entertainment options and activities, extending from our pool area and outdoor terrace right through to our restaurant Bruno’s. In fact, Bruno’s itself is unveiling a refreshed menu, which we believe coupled with superior service will offer our patrons new gastronomic delicacies as well as a host of daily specials that take affordability into account, but don’t compromise on quality,” says Raymond Kodisang, General Manager of The Centurion Hotel.
The hotel has created several enticing and lively events which are to become regular fixtures on its calendar. Tuesday evenings kick off with a riveting quiz night, while couples can enjoy each other’s company in a pleasant atmosphere while sipping their favourite wines and enjoying a three course meal at the date night special on Wednesdays.
Of course, food takes centre stage at The Centurion Hotel with a scrumptious Butcher’s Grill on Thursdays. Patrons also have the opportunity to enjoy a magnificent Sunday lunch as well as get to wind the weekend down in style with Sunday sundowners.
“We have something for everyone. Our pub menu is, of course, always available and is perfect for after work meetings and get togethers. On Friday nights you can get down and party at our DJ Party Night and if you fancy watching a bit of sports on a Saturday, join us for our Saturday Sports Day. You can spend the whole day with us and bring the children – we have a Kid’s Zone where they can play and our glorious pool and outdoor terrace creates the perfect family backdrop,” adds Kodisang
Busy individuals can also take advantage of the R59 Crunch Lunch menu from Mondays to Fridays. It’s ideal for a quick business meeting or for taking a break from the hustle and bustle of corporate life.
“We are centrally located, so we are in the perfect position to offer you a midday escape from the office. You can sit on the couches outside and enjoy a little peace and quiet with your lunch, or, if you are planning a conference, meeting or event, we will be happy to set up something tailored just for you. We have the sophistication of Legacy Hotels and Resorts with the warmth and comfort of home,” says Kodisang
