From Friday, 10 to Monday, 14 February, Rocky Bay Resorts is running a Valentine’s Special on its log cabins and campsite – 20% of all bookings. Then there’s the End of Summer Promo Caravan Park from 15 February to 23 March where selected sites are available at 25% off! Finally, there’s the End of Summer Promo Lodge special from 15 February to 26 April where guests get 25% off selected A & B cabins. This incredible Rocky Bay Resorts retreat is located just 150 metres from the beach, with guests enjoying 24-hour security, access-controlled gates, and secure parking. Some of the facilities found at the Main Lodge include a jungle gym, trampoline, swimming pool, and volleyball.
The on-site Dock 360 restaurant is also running a fantastic Valentine’s Day special which includes great sea views!
A passion for adventure at Rocky Bay Resorts
Guests at Rocky Bay Resorts can enjoy a range of nature-based activities while enjoying the accommodation and dining specials. These include:
- Swimming at the nearby Rocky Bay Beach which has been awarded pilot Blue Flag status, as well as snorkelling at “Granny’s Pool” rock pool during low tide.
- Boating, diving, and snorkelling at the nearby Aliwal Shoal, a Marine Protected Area and one of the world’s top dive sites. The on-site Mokarran Dive Charters is available to assist with boat charters for freediving, scuba diving, and PADI dive courses.
- KZN Shark Cage Diving is another on-site tour operator providing unforgettable experiences from the stainless-steel, SAMSA-approved shark cage. Enjoy a chance to view blacktips, duskies, spinners, tigers and Zambezi sharks up close from this safe enclosure.
- With 7 distances to choose from Rocky Bay Trails are ideal for walking, hiking, biking, and birdwatching through sugar cane fields and indigenous coastal forests boasting great ocean views. The on-site Badger Cycling and Sports Center can assist with biking equipment and guidance.
