This invigorating 90-minute session combines calming yoga with a high-energy boxing bootcamp, ensuring participants leave feeling balanced and empowered.
Tickets are R50, which includes a delightful Quickie Breakfast at Doppio Zero. Enjoy a croissant with butter and jam, paired with a complementary filter coffee or cup of tea.
Spaces are limited to 75 participants.
