Important Information for Disney on Ice Durban Patrons
Disney On Ice returns to Durban’s ICC Arena from 04 to 08 July, spreading magic and creating smiles with its newest production, Disney On Ice presents Dream Big.
Presented by Feld Entertainment Inc. and leading local promoter, Showtime Management, Disney On Ice will be sponsored by BP in association with East Coast Radio.
Parking at Durban’s ICC Arena is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis so patrons are encouraged to arrive early. The Durban ICC offers 1000 parking bays in the underground parking lot accessed from Bram Fischer Road. However, with events in and around the Arena next week, parking is limited and guests are asked not to park on paved areas around the ICC and the Durban Exhibition Centre, as their vehicles could be towed away by the city’s Traffic Department.
During the Disney On Ice weekend engagement of Saturday, 7th and Sunday, 8th July, additional parking will be available at Smart Exchange parking garage and CMH Mazda. Smart Exchange parking garage is located directly opposite the Durban ICC Arena entrance on Walnut Road. The entrance to the CMH Mazda parking garage is located on Union Street. There are three levels of parking at CMH Mazda (levels 2, 3 and 4), with the 4th level being uncovered. There will be Disney On Ice signs directing patrons to the lifts, which bring them to the road and exit point via Monty Naicker Road. A short walk across the road will lead them to the Arena.

Doors open one hour prior to show time and refreshments are available. Once inside Durban’s ICC Arena, Disney fans will enter a world where adventure awaits and courage leads the way as Tinker Bell takes them on a journey of beloved Disney tales live on ice. Make a splash with the fearless dreamer Ariel and watch Rapunzel, Cinderella, Snow White, Tiana and Belle remind you to always be strong, kind and fearless. Travel to the wintry world of Arendelle with Anna, Elsa and Olaf from Disney’s Frozen as they learn that true love is the greatest magic of all. Be there to discover a whole new world with the daring Jasmine. Believing is just the beginning when Disney On Ice presents Dream Big skates into South Africa!
Discounted family packages available. Book now at Computicket, the show’s exclusive ticketing agency. Tickets not purchased directly from Computicket puts them at risk of being in possession of invalid tickets. Patrons are advised to not purchase tickets from any other sources.
For safety reasons and to ensure each guest has an enjoyable experience at Disney On Ice, every person must have a valid show ticket regardless of age. Individuals 2 years (24 months) and older must provide a regular admission ticket at entry. Babies less than 24 months old who will be seated on a parent or guardian`s lap will require a Babe in Arms ticket. Please allow extra time for the scanning of show tickets (prior to entering the auditorium) as well as possible traffic congestion and parking access.
Whilst this is a heart-warming experience, you may want to bring a blanket to keep the chill away. Kiddies are allowed to bring small cushions to place on the seat. Car seats, carry cots and prams are not permitted in the auditorium. Should you wish to bring a pram into the venue, a pram park is provided. Please note that beverages or food may not be brought into the venue.
