You’ll find @Sandton-Spa in a cool, contemporary space on the ground floor of the @Sandton-Hotel. Four single private treatment rooms and one private treatment room for couples, are fully air conditioned, sanitised and fitted with atmospheric mood lighting that sets the tone for complete relaxation where all your wellness needs will be met.
@Sandton-Spa boasts a unisex sauna and steam room, which is available to all guests making use of the spa facilities. Change rooms are equipped with lockers and showers, and here guests can slip into their complimentary gown and slippers before having their treatment.
Gorgeous manicure and pedicure stations are set up for individual treatments, or for a group of friends to have their nails done at the same time.
A brand-new boutique Pilates and Yoga studio is also located within the @Sandton-Spa, where COCO Pilates will take you through your rejuvenating paces as you stretch, breathe, and relax. Here, they believe that focused, individual attention is the cornerstone of a successful Pilates practice. They offer private and semi-private reformer sessions with a personal touch and treat every client according to their unique individual needs and goals. The studio is fitted with three Allegro 2 Body Balance Reformers, offering spring-based resistance training, supported by COCO Pilates’ professional and caring atmosphere. All instructors are friendly and approachable, with your best interests at heart.
After their treatment or Pilates session, guests can head to the Coffee Bar next door or upstairs to the second floor where the @Sandton Restaurant has lots of delicious breakfast and lunch options on their menu. For those who want to relax a little longer, visit the Clubhouse for a refreshing swim in the gorgeous, heated pool.

COCO Pilates Studio
Within @Sandton-Spa you’ll find COCO Pilates, a boutique pilates studio. On Saturday, 4 February from 6pm to 8pm, join COCO Pilates for a body awareness and breathing workshop combined with crystal therapy education. The workshop will be presented by Pilates teacher Cat Coxon and Thandi Rhode, the owner of Crystal Geological. The cost of the workshop will be R300.
