Springing into action at Springfield Value Centre
Springing into action are tenants and management at the Springfield Value Centre after a call for relief went out from the Edith Benson Children's Home in Sherwood following the recent devastating fire that destroyed the home.

Rallying up support were just some of the tenants: Waheda Mohammed (Osmans), Shantal Mudali (Jam Clothing), Nomthi Sithole (IBO), Megan Sonny (Marketing Manager) and Ruth Isaac (Centre Manager).
Jayashree's and IBO came forward with a generous supply of baby feeding essentials, Osman's donated bedding, pillows, face cloths and wet wipes while Jam Clothing sponsored a R1 000 gift card. Additionally, Springfield Value Centre contributed by offering shopping vouchers to the value of R2 000.
Megan Sonny, the Marketing Manager of Springfield Value Centre said,
"We are grateful for the opportunity to play our small part in the lives of
children that have lost their only home and encourage other shopping
centre's to take up the challenge by appealing to their tenants and shoppers
to do the same."
