Pizza Dough Recipe by Keenan Blake
315g flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
180ml warm water
In a bowl add the yeast and water, mix and allow to rest for 5 mins. Add the flour, salt and olive oil. Mix until a dough is formed. Knead for 10 mins until it is smooth and elastic. Proof for 1 hour covered.
