Rice crispy treats recipe by Keenan Blake
2 packets of marshmallow
6 cups of rice crispy cereal
5 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
In a non-stick saucepan add the butter and marshmallows. Cook on a low heat, keep mixing until the marshmallows are broken down and melted. Add the vanilla essence and mix. Add rice crispy cereal and mix until everything is incorporated. Press into a square baking tray and allow to set.
