Pecan Slices

Ingredients:
1 cup maizena 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup pecans nuts (chopped) 500g butter 1/2 cup coconut 1/4 tsp elachie Flour
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar together till light and creamy Add in maizena Add in pecan nuts, coconut and elachie Add in flour till it forms a soft workable dough. Shape into logs and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate till hard Remove from plastic wrap and slice Bake on 180 till done

Tea Bag Biscuits

Ingredients:
250g butter ¾ cup icing sugar Beat till creamy then add ½ cup self raising flour ½ cup maizena Flour as required 2 make a soft dough.
Instructions:
Roll dough and cut out into squares/rectangles Cut the two tops on the sides off to resemble a t.bag Poke a hole with a straw and bake at 180 till done When cool dip halfway in chocolate and thread string through the hole ☕
