Recipe: NOLA Nachos
Nachos are the quickest snack to make when you are feeling a bit peckish, and now it's even more delicious with some NOLA mayonnaise.
It's Saturday afternoon and it's after lunch but still a bit early for supper, and we are all feeling a bit hungry, but too lazy to make anything.
I remember that we have a packet of Doritos - our favourite flavour, Sweet Chilli Pepper, but because it's our favourite, these chips will probably be gobbled up in just a few seconds - so we decide to try a little experiment...
We call it NOLA Nachos (Patent pending, haha)!

Ingredients: Half a packet of Sweet Chilli Pepper Flavoured Doritos (Full packet can be used for more people) Grated Cheese (Dependent on how cheesy you like your nachos) 3 or 4 Tablespoons of Original NOLA Mayonnaise Method: Place the Doritos in a bowl or dish that can be placed in the oven or microwave -we used our Le Creuset Cherry Pasta Bowl. Add the NOLA Mayonnaise and mix the two well. Cover the mixture with the grated cheese and place the bowl in the oven or microwave for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Olé you have NOLA Nachos! |
