You’ll need:
- 60 ml cake flour
- 2.5 ml baking powder
- 30 ml cocoa powder
- 15 ml instant espresso coffee powder
- 60 ml icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 45 ml milk
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 45 ml chocolate chips
- Ice cream or custard to serve

Method:
- Whisk all of the ingredients together in a 300-ml microwaveable mug or bowl until smooth and blended.
- Microwave on high power for 90 seconds.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream or custard (or both...) to serve.
