Early today Huawei launched their latest innovative product lineup which included the Huawei GT 5 Series, Huawei Watch Ultimate, Huawei Watch D2, and Huawei MatePad Pro at the Bryanston Country Club.
The venue was part of the big reveal, as one of the new features on the Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro is the Pro-Level Sports mode.
Under the Golf Course Mode subcategory, users can now track their progress on over 300 golf courses around South Africa, and get some tips on how to improve their game. The courses are mapped out with 3D effects and intuitive map preview, with each holes obstacles like bunkers easily visible. Other features like smart distance measurements, real-time viewing half scoring report, green slope, green direction, and wind speed and direction are also part of the Golf Course Mode which will be rolled out on a gradual basis over the next few month on the Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro.
The Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro is capable of a 40 metre free dive depth, and has offline contour maps for Professional Trail Runners.
In addition to the Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro's Golf Course Mode, the Ultimate Golf Mode on the Huawei Watch Ultimate has features like plays-like distance, last shot distance and an AI caddie.
Huawei's Watch series have always been about providing health data to its users, and the most health advanced wearable launched today is the Huawei Watch D2 - The World's First Smartwatch with Ambulatory Blood Pressue Monitoring approved by both MDR and NMPA.
You can now measure your blood pressure anywhere and at anytime from the convenience of your wrist. With customisable monitoring frequencies from 15 minute to 60 minute intervals, the mini pump in the watch has a quiet monitoring and automatic inflation.
Lastly we had a glimpse of the MatePad Pro, which is the latest 12.2 inch OLED FullView Display tablet from Huawei. Innovative features include the anti sparkle technology that is 31% more sparkle resistance compared to competitors with nano texture glass displays. The tablet weighs 508g and is 5.5mm thin.
Huawei Notes and GoPaint are some of the business and creative apps on the device, and the NearLink Huawei Glide Keyboard can also be attached to create a more laptop feel.
