I wrote this for Ziyaad (my husband) on his birthday - Monday, 17th April 2017.

It's just a few words thrown together...

But a soul far more learned

A soul more aged

A soul unlike others

With eyes who've witnessed

More than most.

 With intelligence beyond compare

and compassion oozing everywhere

With a heart whose experienced

More than life can bear

Yet still keeps giving

And going

And loving

In abundance
