Vendor Application Form

Dear Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in advertising your products on our Online Store, iloveza.com.

We are always looking for new suppliers of local (South African) and international products from any/all industries.

In order for us to process your application and register you on our database of suppliers, please ensure that you have:

• Read through and familiarised yourself with our Online Store Vendor FAQ (Basic Terms & Conditions)
• Completed the Vendor Application Form in full below
• Completed the Vendor Product List Spreadsheet
• Uploaded all your relevant documents to a secure Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer link
• Uploaded Vendor Product List Spreadsheet to a secure Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer link
• Uploaded Product Photos to a secure Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer link
• Inserted link on the form to the Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer 
• E-mail documents (if not uploaded) to howzit@iloveza.com
• Please ensure that your bank details are filled in correctly

Please note that submission of your application form, does not guarantee acceptance or approval to sell your products on iloveza.com's Online Store.

No products will be uploaded which depicts or associates with any (not limited to) racial comments, vulgar language, drugs, alcohol, pig related, counterfeit clothing/ jewellery (products), pornographic material.
