“The Mountain" from Game of Thrones, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson will be flexing some serious muscle at Africa’s leading health, wellness and festival - FIBO Global Fitness Africa presented by Dis-Chem Pharmacies.
This record-setting giant is the first person to have won the Arnold Strongman Classic and the World's Strongest Man competitions in the same calendar year. In 2015 at the World's Strongest Viking competition held in Norway, The Mountain carried a 10-metre-long, 650-kg log for five steps, thus breaking a 1 000-year-old record.
Visitors will have the chance to take photos with The Mountain, get his autograph and attend a 45-minute question and answer session on Saturday 27 October and Sunday 28 October. Price: R150 for a photo opportunity and R150 for an autograph session. The price includes access into the Q&A session.
