Retail Review: FNB Carlswald

I haven't been into a bank for many years as I do everything online. FNB's online banking system in my opinion is world class. I have used all of the other major banks systems' in South Africa, but for me FNB are way ahead.
When my cards expire I've always applied online for my replacement cards and have them delivered to me, but this time I wanted to try the in-branch experience.
On Monday, 27 June 2016 at 11:12, I visited the Carlswald Branch in Midrand, and was highly impressed with the service.
At the door I received this ticket with a queue number and estimated waiting time. The estimated waiting time showed 9 minutes, so when I sat down I decided to do some work while I wait.
I barely started working, when my number was called. I made my way to the teller and was greeted by Kenosi Jojo. She checked my profile online and advised me that I should rather apply for my card online as in-branch they would charge me R120. She then told me that I could use the computers at the branch to complete the process.
The area was quite busy at the time so I spoke with Itumeleng who told me how to go about the process at home.
In under 9 minutes I had completed what I set out to do thanks to the staff at FNB, Carlswald.
