Recipe for Chakalaka Guacamole and Pita Chips
2-3 ripe avocados
½ cup chakalaka
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
4 rounds pita bread
(African Gold) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for brushing)
• Mash the 2-3 ripe avocados and fold chakalaka, lime juice, and chopped coriander.
• Brush pita bread rounds with Olive Oil, cut them into triangles, and toast for pita chips.
• Dip and enjoy this delicious guacamole with a spicy kick.
