Recipe for Crumbled Koeksister Ice Cream Sundae
Makes 4-6 koeksisters
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons (African Gold) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons honey
¼ cup nuts such as almonds or pistachios, chopped
½ teaspoon cinnamon
• Finely chop or crumble koeksisters over 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
• Drizzle with Olive Oil and honey.
• Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon for a delightfully easy-to-put-together pudding!
